Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in original condition. Light use is acceptable, but the grinder must not be damaged, scratched, dented, or altered in any way. The item must be returned with its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

To request a return, email support@shopspecular.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact support@shopspecular.com within 30 days. We will cover return shipping and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Special or custom orders, if applicable

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement, return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be returned in original condition with original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
